Did you know that…?
Our heart is a very sensitive organ, especially when it’s about personal sphere of our life. It’s very easy to break, especially by people who are very close to our heart but on the other hand take our loss of heart for granted.
When One Eats His/Her Heart Out

Imagine the situation. A woman lives with a man – she is his wife. They have two kids. The man abuses his wife physically and emotionally. She thinks she should cherish their family for the sake of children and eats her heart out – endures all the tortures he enjoys trying on her.
What does eating your heart mean? What happens inside your mind and your 'hearty' emotions when you have to silently endure something without having either possibility or courage to spread your wings and fly in the direction which is favourable to you?
First of all, when you eat your heart out, it means that you break yourself; you confront your own ideas, preferences. You generate immense contradiction within your personality – contradiction which totally deprives you of peace of mind and harmony with yourself and outer world.
Secondly, when you have to eat your heart out, it means that you have to support other people's rules and outlook simultaneously making your own identity and uniqueness disappear. This harmfully influences your self-image and self-confidence. Eating your heart out eats your brain (mind) out as well which can affect your mental condition.
That's why the best option is always avoid this ruthless process. For it devastates you and turns you into someone else's shadow without your own opinion, identity and charm.
What’s New
Why would anyone eat his/her heart out? Is it some kind of inhuman entertainment or maybe there’s more to this expression than meets the eye? Why shy men never win fair ladies’ hearts while clowns win everybody’s hearts in an easiest way?
We must learn how to take heart instead of losing it in especially important situations. This makes us stronger plus helps us achieve worthy things when walking along the roads of our lives.
