Our heart is a very sensitive organ, especially when it’s about personal sphere of our life. It’s very easy to break, especially by people who are very close to our heart but on the other hand take our loss of heart for granted.
When a Person is Sick at Heart

There are moments in our lives when we feel sick at heart. Causes of these moments are various and can be associated with our professional or personal life: dumped, deceived, fired, got at, treated wrong – see it implies any hard feeling that can result in being sick at heart.
It's essential not to feel sick at heart for too long. Why? Because if you do, your condition gradually transforms into depression, which goes through the phase of mania and results into bipolar disorders or any other mental disorders – scared already? In other words, feeling sick at heart is not healthy, it can bring harm even to your physical condition let alone shaking your emotional state.
So how can you get rid of feeling sick at heart if this hideous condition just can't let you go? First and foremost, always try to think positive. If you fail (and you will fail sooner or later – you're a human being, after all), try to soothe your depression with things that are after your heart – anything healthy that you prefer to occupy yourself when you want to boost your mood.
Pull yourself together and mend your heart with love of your family or close people, people who love you and will always be there for you when they feel your sickness at heart.
