Did you know that…?
Our heart is a very sensitive organ, especially when it’s about personal sphere of our life. It’s very easy to break, especially by people who are very close to our heart but on the other hand take our loss of heart for granted.
Wearing Your Heart on Your Sleeve

When we say about a person that he/she wears a heart on his/her sleeve, it characterizes a person as very emotional, a person who cannot keep his/her feelings and emotions inside and invariably expresses them. These expressions are different – happy, outrageous, furious, curious and amazingly satisfied – the list can go on forever.
On the one hand, releasing your emotions has a positive effect because it prevents a person from collecting and accumulating negative feelings inside. Plus, when you express your emotions it helps people who you interact with react to them as rationally as possible.
If you express affection to somebody emotionally enough, you send signs and if a person catches them successfully, he/she is able to respond with same affection to you; while when you hide your affection you simply deprive yourself of feeling mutual affection. In other words, expressing emotions helps you get mutually beneficial benefit from interacting with other people.
On the other hand, if a person gets carried away when wearing his/her heart on his/her sleeve, and gets excessively emotional it can on the contrary spoil his/her relations with others. For instance, if a person reacts too emotionally to some innocent practical joke of his/her associate, and starts a huge fight with him/her, this certainly doesn't contribute to their mutual understanding.
In other words, everything should be approached with moderation kept in mind. The issue of one's emotions is not an exception either. Excessive emotions or on the contrary suppressed emotions don't do you any good. Our advice is that you should develop a golden-middlish approach to expressing your emotions.
What’s New
Why would anyone eat his/her heart out? Is it some kind of inhuman entertainment or maybe there’s more to this expression than meets the eye? Why shy men never win fair ladies’ hearts while clowns win everybody’s hearts in an easiest way?
We must learn how to take heart instead of losing it in especially important situations. This makes us stronger plus helps us achieve worthy things when walking along the roads of our lives.
