Faint Heart Never Won Fair Lady

Fancy a situation. Two gentlemen are after one fair lady. One of the gentlemen is self-confident, brave, and even a little bit too persistent. He is wickedly charming and often makes the fair lady blush with his extra (but normally extra) confidence and brilliant sense of humour.

The second gent is shy and modest, he is silent and can be called a human antipode of the first one. He is not too persistent and often doesn't even express his affection towards the lady – either wallows in doubt or just lacks confidence. This faint-hearted man's attempts to win the fair lady's heart are just too humble.

And now the question arises: who do you think out of them has more chances to win the fair lady's heart? I'm sure that most of you will point out the brave confident man – unless you are a shy male of course. Yes, this is the truth that needs no proof or justification – faint heart never won and never will win fair lady or even a piece of her heart.

This leads us to a constructive conclusion – a man must develop confidence in everything he does – if this confidence is not inborn regarding his personality that is. Shy men never appeal to women, not that there are no rarest exceptions of course. But the rule is immensely global and prompts persistence, confidence and courage directed at winning a lady's heart. Only in this case a man will most likely easily win it.

What’s New

Why would anyone eat his/her heart out? Is it some kind of inhuman entertainment or maybe there’s more to this expression than meets the eye? Why shy men never win fair ladies’ hearts while clowns win everybody’s hearts in an easiest way?

We must learn how to take heart instead of losing it in especially important situations. This makes us stronger plus helps us achieve worthy things when walking along the roads of our lives.
